The Journal employs a double-blind peer-review process for all manuscripts considered for publication. Under this system, the identities of both authors and reviewers remain confidential throughout the review process to ensure impartiality, objectivity, and academic integrity. All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial assessment to determine their relevance to the journal’s scope, originality, quality, and compliance with submission requirements before being assigned to independent reviewers with appropriate subject-matter expertise. Reviewers assess manuscripts based on their originality, methodological rigor, technical quality, significance, clarity, and contribution to the advancement of engineering knowledge and practice. Editorial decisions are made based on the reviewers’ recommendations and the Editor’s overall assessment, with manuscripts subject to acceptance, revision, or rejection.
